How to Register for Classes at Academy At The Creek
For New Families (both Hybrid and A La Carte)
Step 1: Request Website Access
If you are a new family, visit academyatthecreek.org, click Login in the top-right corner, and select Request Website Access.
(This can be done at any time.)
Step 2: Register for Classes
Registration opens on January 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM
Log in to academyatthecreek.org, click Class Info at the top, then select Class Registration. Choose the class(es) you wish to register for.

If a class appears full or shows a class size of zero, please still proceed with registration.

All students are initially placed on a waitlist during the registration period.

Most classes are capped at 12–15 students, which is why class sizes may not reflect actual availability.
Class Enrollment & Waitlist Process
Registration opens on January 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM. After registration day, students will be moved from the waitlist and enrolled as space becomes available, based on the following priority order:

Current Academy At The Creek families

Creekside Church members
-
General public
Once your registration is submitted, your student will be placed on the waitlist. You will receive an email notification if and when your student is moved off the waitlist and officially enrolled.
This process allows us to prioritize current families and church members while still filling all available class spots. We encourage all interested families to register, even if a class initially appears full.
Step 3: Watch Your Email

If your student is placed on the waitlist, you will receive an email if a spot becomes available.

You will have one week from the time of notification to complete the next steps before the spot is offered to the next student.

If your student is enrolled immediately, you may move forward with completing the family application and submitting payment.
Step 4: Complete the Family Application
This is a one-time requirement for all new families.

The Family Application Form can be downloaded from the homepage of academyatthecreek.org.

A one-time, non-refundable $200 application fee per family (regardless of the number of children) is required.
This fee covers administrative costs, background checks, and website usage.
Step 5: Submit Required Paperwork
All required paperwork can be accessed HERE.

Completed forms may be emailed to [email protected] or dropped off during class time.

Returning families only need to resubmit paperwork if information has changed (for example, a new doctor listed on the Medical Release form or an additional sibling enrolling).
Step 6: Approval & Payment
Once your family application is approved and the application fee is received:

You will need to pay the class deposit for your selected class(es).

After the deposit is paid, your student will be considered officially registered.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Please note: Families have one week after being moved off the waitlist to complete the application and submit the application fee and deposit. After one week, the spot will be offered to the next student on the waitlist.

How to Register for 2025–2026 Classes at Academy At The Creek
For Returning Families (A La Carte), Returning Hybrid Families received a registration form earlier in January.
Step 1: Register for Classes
On January 24 at 9:00 AM, log in to academyatthecreek.org, click Class Info, then Class Registration, and select your desired classes.

All students will initially be placed on the waitlist.
Step 2: Enrollment & Waitlist Process
Beginning January 26, students will be moved off the waitlist and enrolled as space becomes available.

Returning families receive priority registration.

Enrollment follows this order:

Current Academy At The Creek families

Creekside Church members

General public

You will receive an email notification if your student is moved off the waitlist. This process may take time, and we appreciate your patience.
Step 3: Pay Deposit & Annual Dues
By January 30, please submit:

Class deposit(s)

Annual returning family dues: $80 per family
Payment methods:

Via CC online through the Academy At The Creek website

Through the Step Up for Students scholarship website - we are a direct provider

Cash or check dropped off in the school lobby during class times or mailed to our PO box
Once payment is received, your student will be considered registered for that class.
Step 4: Confirmation Email
We will finalize class placements and send a confirmation email once students are officially enrolled.
To hold your spot in classes, we strongly recommend paying deposits and dues as soon as you receive the email confirming your student has been moved off the waitlist. Families have one week to complete payment before the spot is offered to the next student.
