How To Register

How To Register For Classes at Academy At The Creek for New Families

Step 1: Make sure you have website access
Go to academyatthecreek.org, click "Login" on the top right corner, and then click "Request Website Access." (This can be done anytime.)

Step 2: Register for classes
Login to academyatthecreek.org, click on "Class Info" at the top, then click on "Class Registration." Choose the classes you wish to register for.

  • If a class is full, your student will be placed on a waiting list.

  • If there is space in the class, your student will be immediately enrolled and you will proceed with the registration process.

Step 3: Watch your email
If your student is placed on a waiting list, you will receive an email if a spot becomes available. You will be given one week to complete the next steps before we offer the spot to the next student on the waitlist.
If your student is not placed on a waiting list and is enrolled right away, you may move forward with completing the family application and submitting your payment.

Step 4: Fill out the Family Application Form
This is a one-time process for all new families. You can download the family application form from the homepage of academyatthecreek.org.
A one-time $150 application fee per family (regardless of the number of children) is required. This fee covers admin costs, background checks, website usage, etc.

Step 5: Approval and payment
Once your family application is approved and your application fee is received, you will need to pay the deposit for your selected class(es). After the deposit is paid, your student will be considered officially registered for the 2025–2026 school year.


Academy at the Creek is a direct provider for Step Up For Students (SUFS), and payment can be made through the SUFS Provider Marketplace via check (please mail to PO box) or via Credit Card through the Academy At The Creek website. 

Please note we will give you one week after being moved off the waiting list to complete the application, and pay the application fee and deposit. After that week we will move on to the next student on the waiting list for that class(es).

How To Register For 25-26 Classes at AATC for Returning Families

 

For Pre-K - 2 Families

Step 1: check your email - You have been sent a priority google form to your email that we have on file, this form is only for returning families with students who may be going into grades Pre K4 through second.

 

Step 2: By January 27 at 5 pm - complete the priority google form with the desired classes for every child you wish to register. Double check to make sure that you have requested the right class for the right student.

 

Step 3: By January 28 pay your class(es) deposit and yearly dues - you may pay this online or bring your cash/check payment to the school dropbox in the Lobby on Tuesday the 28th. Returning family dues are $80 per family. Once these fees have been paid you will be considered registered for that class for the 25-26 school year.

 

Step 4: wait for your confirmation email - We will begin placing your students in their classes.

 

For 3-12 Families

Step 1: on February 3rd - login to academyatthecreek.org, click on class info at the top, click on class registration, choose your classes you wish to register for, everyone will be automatically waitlisted for classes.

 

Step 2: wait for your email - On February 4 we will begin moving people off of the waitlist. Our returning families will be moved off of this list first as you have priority registration. If you are moved off the waitlist you will receive an email stating so.

 

Step 3: By February 11 pay your class(es) deposit and yearly dues - you may pay this online or bring your cash/check payment to the school dropbox in the Lobby on Tuesday the 11th. Returning family dues are $80 per family. Once these fees have been paid you will be considered registered for that class for the 25-26 school year.

 

Step 4: wait for your confirmation email - We will begin placing your students in their classes and you will receive a confirmation email.


 

Please note we will give you one week after being moved off the waiting list to turn in the class deposit(s) and dues. After that week we will move on to the next student on the waiting list for that class(es).
