Important Update: No School This Week
Academy at the Creek Families,
In light of Hurricane Milton and its impact on our community, we want to inform you that there will be no school this week. We understand that many families are still evacuated, without electricity, or engaged in cleanup efforts, and we believe it is essential to provide everyone with an extra week to focus on recovery.
Our hearts go out to the Acton family (Samuel is in kindergarten at Academy At The Creek), who have experienced devastating loss due to the storm. A tree fell on their roof, causing significant damage and the loss of most of their possessions. As they navigate cleanup and insurance claims, we invite you to support them by providing meals. If you would like to help, please click the Meal Train link below. Please read all instructions under view details before arranging a meal, as the family may be at different locations each day.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s any way we can support you during this time. Our thoughts are with all our families, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to school when it’s safe to do so.
