Just a quick reminder to please mail your payments and any other items to Academy At The Creek 18489 North US Highway 41, PO Box 421 Lutz, FL 33548. Please do not mail Academy At The Creek mail to Creekside Church. We are not officially affiliated with Creekside Church, we rent the facilities from them and we don't want to overwhelm their office with Academy At The Creek stuff.  Thank you so much for your help!
