Mrs. Kristin Postlethwait To All Instructors

Kristin Postlethwait graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in
English with an emphasis on technical and professional writing. She earned a minor in
journalism and went on to work in the media relations department for two bay area
hospitals. A few years later she left the corporate world and went into full-time ministry
with The Navigators where she discipled women at the University of Florida. After
marrying her husband Niel, she came back to work in healthcare as an ophthalmic
assistant. When her first son arrived and the family moved to Houston, she decided to
become a stay-at-home mom of Caleb and a few years later, Luke was born and the
family moved back to Tampa. Kristin began homeschooling Caleb in kindergarten. For
most of the past 11 years, the Postlethwaits have been a homeschooling family with
some years spent at public school. During the past three years, Kristin has enjoyed
teaching upper elementary grammar and writing in a homeschool co-op while teaching
her own kids at home.
