Mrs. Courtney Olson To All Instructors

Mrs. Courtney Olson is excited to join the AATC team this year. As a former homeschooled student who now homeschools her four children (ages 9–17), she brings firsthand experience and a clear understanding of both the student and parent side of home education.

She has taught a wide range of classes with a strong focus on creativity, practical skills, and confidence-building. Mrs. Olson holds a BA in Business Management from Missouri State University and completed a year of art studies. She also coaches a competitive Bible Quiz team and serves as a costume coordinator for DeArmon CAST.

In addition to education and the arts, Mrs. Olson is an experienced real estate investor and the owner of her own real estate brokerage. This allows her to bring real-world application, organization, and mentorship into her teaching. She especially provides a wealth of knowledge for families navigating the high-school years - including dual enrollment options, transcripts, and college preparation.

Mrs. Olson believes learning should be hands-on, engaging, and welcoming. She creates a classroom environment where students are encouraged to try new things, learn from mistakes, and grow with confidence.
